Exotika II by Nameless-Designer Exotika II by Nameless-Designer
A system far away from the centre of the galaxy, its sun far in the distance slowly dying, what once was a lush paradise, shall soon become a desolate ice ball.

Well, im quite pleased with how this turned out, i tried a few new things in terms of planets and starfields.
And the all present asteroids hehe

Winner of the recent Exotica II competition Exotika II by =Nameless-Designer is a fantastic render and a superb wallpaper and much deserving of it's winning entry. Congrats to all who took part and to the winners! ( Featured by zilla774 )

Do you create the asteroids in a 3d program like c4d, maya, blender? Or is it all done in the amazing photoshop? :) Great piece!

to be very honest, the rocks on the right side have very little textures... it almost seems they have collided so manny times that they have become very smooth, but as there is not matter in space, i don't know have they have become so smooth...

the rest is just incredible

thats probably due to the downsizing, in the native rpint resolution you can see the texture well

thanks btw
